I’m still fairly new to the area and was taking the car to Rockview BMW. They called me, sent a text and email that they conducted a “remote key read”. Which swiped to over 1G worth of service. However, I had not driven the car more than 20 miles in the past 6 months and tried to question all the service needed. They would not budge, insisting that all the “calendar” services needed to be completed. A family friend introduced me to Stephane of Excluservice. They picked up the car and did an inspection of those items recommended and saved me over 500.00 dollars. And delivered the car back home. Amazing. My car has found a new home!
