Forms of Payment
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT POLICY
Excluservice maintains the following payment policies to establish clear payment requirements and help protect our clients and Excluservice from fraudulent, disputed, unauthorized, or otherwise problematic payment transactions.
PAYMENT REQUIRED BEFORE VEHICLE RELEASE
All invoices are due in full before the vehicle is released unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved by Excluservice in advance.
Excluservice reserves the right to require payment by cash or other guaranteed funds before releasing a vehicle when an invoice, authorization, prior payment, or transaction is disputed, or when Excluservice reasonably determines that additional payment verification is necessary.
A client's dispute concerning an invoice does not, by itself, suspend the amount due or change the client's responsibility for charges previously authorized and performed.
Any exception or alternative payment arrangement must be approved by Excluservice before the vehicle is released.
IN-PERSON PAYMENTS
Excluservice accepts:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Cash
- CFNA / Bosch Service Credit Card financing
Excluservice reserves the right to determine the acceptable form of payment for any transaction.
CFNA / BOSCH SERVICE CREDIT CARD FINANCING
Excluservice accepts the Bosch Service Credit Card through CFNA for eligible purchases, subject to CFNA's approval, credit limits, terms, and financing requirements.
Financing approval or availability does not change the client's responsibility for the invoice.
Any portion of the invoice not paid or financed through CFNA remains the client's responsibility and must be paid before the vehicle is released unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved by Excluservice in advance.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS
Contactless payment is available to clients with an established history with Excluservice.
For new clients, contactless payment is available for deposits only. Final payment must be made in person with the card physically present.
Only the registered vehicle owner may make a contactless or online payment. The name and billing address associated with the payment card must match the vehicle registration. A physical billing address is required. P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
Contactless payment is offered as a convenience and is not guaranteed. Excluservice may require any transaction to be completed in person at our discretion.
For higher-value repairs, in-person payment may be required.
THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS
If someone other than the registered vehicle owner wishes to pay an invoice, the person making payment must appear in person.
The payment card must be physically present and processed using the chip reader. The person making payment must also present valid state-issued identification, and their name will be documented on the repair order/invoice.
PAYMENTS NOT ACCEPTED
Personal checks, company checks, and payment methods not specifically listed above are not accepted unless approved by Excluservice in advance.
INSURANCE AND WARRANTY COMPANY PAYMENTS
Credit cards and checks issued directly by insurance companies, warranty companies, vehicle service contract providers, and other approved third-party payers may be accepted.
Any payment received from a third-party payer will be applied toward the client's invoice.
The client remains responsible for any unpaid balance.
PAYMENT DISPUTES
A dispute regarding an invoice, authorization, insurance or warranty coverage, third-party payment, or any other matter does not automatically suspend the client's payment obligations for work that has already been authorized and performed.
Clients who disagree with an invoice remain free to pursue whatever remedies may be available to them.
Unless otherwise agreed to by Excluservice, payment of the amount due is required before the vehicle will be released.
Excluservice reserves the right to require payment by cash or other guaranteed funds when an invoice, authorization, prior payment, or transaction is disputed.
EXCEPTIONS
Any exception to this payment policy must be approved by Excluservice in advance.
