Accepted Form of Payment Policy

To ensure that all team members and clients are on the same page about what forms of payments are accepted. These policies are in place to help protect the cardholder and company from exposure to fraudulent transactions.

In-Person Payments

• Visa Mastercard, Discover
• Facepay
• Cash.

Contact-less Payments

• Visa, Mastercard & Discover
• Facepay

Note:

Only the vehicle owner can pay online. The name and address on the credit card transaction must match that of the vehicle registration. Must have an actual physical address, P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

Third-Party Payments:

If someone other than the vehicle owner wants to pay for a repair invoice, that person must come to pay in person and their credit card must be physically present and have the chip read into the credit card machine. A state-issued identification must be presented to a team member and their name must be added to the repair order/invoice.

Not Accepted Payments:

American Express, personal & company checks, or anything not listed above will not be accepted.

Exceptions:

Warranty or insurance company credit cards and checks are accepted. The credit card information must be typed into the online portal for contact-less payments.
