ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT POLICY

To ensure that all team members and clients are on the same page about what forms of payments are accepted. These policies are in place to help protect the cardholder and company from exposure to fraudulent transactions.


IN-PERSON PAYMENTS

CONTACT-LESS PAYMENTS*
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover



*Contactless payment is available to clients with an established history with Excluservice. For new clients, contactless payment is available for deposits only. Final payment must be made in person with the card present.

Only the vehicle owner may pay online. The name and billing address on the credit card transaction must match the vehicle registration, and a physical address is required. P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

Contactless payment is offered as a convenience. To ensure the highest level of security and transaction integrity, these payments may be limited or require in-person completion at our discretion.

For higher-value repairs, in-person payment may be required.



THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS:

If someone other than the vehicle owner wants to pay for a repair invoice, that person must come to pay in person and their credit card must be physically present and have the chip read into the credit card machine. A state-issued identification must be presented to a team member and their name must be added to the repair order/invoice.


NOT ACCEPTED PAYMENTS:

Personal & company checks, or anything not listed above will not be accepted.


EXCEPTIONS:

Warranty or insurance company credit cards and checks are accepted.
