First visit and my X 5 is handling like it got out of the factory yesterday thanks to Hugh Smith. Excellent experience and customer service. I have an older car and Stephane was honest and thorough when explaining my options to keep my car running. My car feels great, and while I still need some work I will be bringing it back to BMWExcluservice. Very good work. I am very satisfied.

I was very pleased with my experience at BMW Excluservice. They conducted by far the most comprehensive Pre-Purchase Inspection I have ever seen - it was as thorough as a home inspection including a detailed report and pictures. Jim was a very knowledgeable mechanic and provided excellent insight and advice on the car and the owner Stephane ensures that customer service is excellent. The shop identified a few issues that needed resolution, they took my car to get its safety inspection certificate and then I was on my way.

Car 2011 M3- This is a stand up shop with great employees from the front desk receptionist, mechanics in the back all the way to the owner of the shop. First time "2015" having some insurance work done and my car came back perfect and in a timley manner. Stephane was straight up with me and help me get all parts replaced even though adjusters were giving me a hard time. Fast foward 2 years Feb. 6 2017. I remember this shop being a Dinan approved shop and decided to inquirer about some Dinan parts and Tune. After speaking with Stephane he told me about a deal they had that I couldn't pass up. After doing some research I made an appointment and got some work done and couldn't be any happier. BMW Excluservice- at no charge did a full inspection informing me about a few issues my car had that the dealership that I had just came from did not advise me of most likely because the car was still under warranty for a few more weeks and after that I will be paying out of pocket. Athough I like to do my work on my own I will be switching over to using this Indy shop for my BMW needs... thanks again BMW Exclu. C.Smith.
