I bought my 2010 650i about a year ago. I LOVE the car, the look and the feel. One day I took my car through a car wash and immediately after my electronics went CRAZY. Radio, Nav, blu tooth, satellite didn't work at all. After a day it all came back. I figured it had something to do with some kind of water leaking into the car so I took it to the dealership as it was still under warranty. They couldn't find anything wrong. Later in the year it rained and the same thing happened. Another trip to the dealership and they found nothing wrong. The spring came around and while I was visiting the dealership to ask a question it began to rain. Sure enough, the issue happened again. Guess what, the dealership couldn't find anything wrong. Each time though after a few days of drying out, the car operated normally.Two weeks ago, I got caught up in a rain storm and 10 minutes into it, my radio, Nav, etc went out again. THIS time I took it to Excluservice BMW because my wife has bought two cars from them and always has them service her cars.They were busy as heck. Isaac needlessly apologized, explaining that his co worker was on vacation. Isaac fielded call after call though still managed to listen to my long story and get my information documented. He assured me that the car will be taken care of. He also asked if I needed shuttle service though I didn't require that this time.Later in the day, he called me to say that the technician assigned to my car had to go to the doctor and would I mind if the car stayed overnight and apologized for the inconvenience.The next day he sent me an email with the details of what was found. Before I read the email, my phone rang and it was Isaac phoning me to explain the issues and what my options were and explained what needed to be fixed immediately and what can wait.I finally got back to Isaac later in the afternoon and he sent me a confirmation email to ensure we were on the same page.I ended up having plenty of needed maintenance performed and after the work was complete, they discovered another issue which would not have been known otherwise.Isaac again needlessly apologized but informed me that Excluservice BMW would absorb the cost of that repair and by the way, they fixed my leak issue!!!! YAY!!I'm expecting to pick my car up today near closing, but again Isaac phoned me and set my expectations to say that they will try, but if not tonight, the car will be ready first thing in the morning.Of course I don't have my car back yet, but I wanted to write this review to extol the customer service I had from Isaac. He's busy as heck, but the dude is a heck of a customer service representative.Oh yeah....I'll be back!My wife has been taking her car to Lothar for years and now Stephane is picking up where he left off.
